11-30-10 Dents & body work! Our PT got hit in the front at Publix, the back at work. The other place we go to most? Is church! Did we get side-swiped there? No! At church? We got hit in the heart…in a good way! Work is paying to fix the back! The front? Hit & run, but the shop called. Said they would do us a deal. Praying that a deal? Isn’t a great deal of $! My heart & body? In the Bondo Shop for a great deal more bonding.
12-10-10 ...on the plus side of car crashes? We have a big ole 8-cylinder Ford work truck to use all week. I love it. I miss my old Chevy step-side. There's always a plus side to everything. We get the car back next week. If we hadn't gotten hit in the back? We wouldn't have gotten the front fixed for so cheap. They gave us a great deal at East Coast in Titusville. Now, if we could just keep the truck, so we'll have 2 cards so I can start getting out more...
12-11-10 Wheels & Boxes! The guy who invented the 1st wheel? Wasn’t that great…maybe a little square….in the box? The guy who invented the other 3? He was a GENIUS…the wheels of his brain were turning round & round! He definitely stepped out of the box. But, come on! Spare me! The guy who invented the 5th wheel? Flat out? H...e changes lives! Hope your day is out of the box! Change a life…even your own. Don’t be sparing! PIMP LOL...but, really? Don’t be a square…be a spare! Many times? The backup or 3rd or 5th wheel or 2nd string? Comes through. The spare to the rescue to keep things rolling! Whatever wheel you are in? In different parts of your life? Ke...ep your wheels spinning round and round. You never know when you might be needed to change someone's blow out!!! Be ready to step in...always... I'll spare you the details on how this status came to my heart this morning, but I'll just say that God is working on my heart and body. Oh, and that goes for the mind. PIMP LOL! If you make sure your wheel is ready? No matter what wheel? He'll provide the vehicle! Don't give up...you'll be used! And not sparingly!!! Trace
December 20, 2010: That clankety-clank sound you just heard? Not coming from the keyboard. What was that you ask? It was the sound of a self-adjusting attitude…kicking into High gear. I knew I should have turned it off…or gotten one with a timer. No, really! Especially at this time of year, we have 2 gears…selfish & selfless. Keep our 't...ude from squeaking & getting a tin ear? Shift gears & keep it oiled. Use High grade! Clutch the day!
